Office Policies

At Trussville Pediatric Dentistry, we look forward to meeting your child and providing them with the dental care they deserve. Our team goes above and beyond the typical dental appointment by making our guests feel excited about their visit! Everything we do in our office is guided by kindness and compassion, in our hopes to build a true connection with each and every guest. Our office policies are listed below to help you learn more about the process of bringing your child to our office!

Office Hours

We are available to answer questions or schedule appointments between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Our Mission

As a pediatric dental office, we are committed to providing quality care to children of all ages.  It’s far too often that children dread their dentist appointments and avoid going as a result; we want to change that! The goal is for them to develop a healthy relationship with their oral care for the rest of their lives!

We are committed to providing excellent service at each visit, as well as advising parents on how to improve their child’s oral health routine. In order for your child to create a lifetime of healthy dental habits, we encourage them to take interest in the health of their teeth and gums from an early age. We want to see your child’s smile thriving now, and many years into the future!

Appointments

Scheduling an appointment is the first step toward a healthy smile for your child! Feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Our guests can also schedule online for more convenience and flexibility! To book an appointment, simply fill out the online appointment request form whenever you need to arrange a visit for your child. By doing this, you’re in control and you can see what’s available more easily.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we do require that you do so 24 hours in advance. While we understand that sometimes cancellations may be due to unexpected life events, please let us know as soon as possible. You may be charged a fee if you miss a second appointment without providing proper notice.

Insurance

We understand that the expense of great dental care can be costly. It’s for this reason that we work closely with your insurance provider to ensure you receive the most value from your coverage.

The complexity of insurance contracts makes it impossible for us to guarantee coverage, however, we will give you an estimate of cost based on your plan. If your insurance plan changes before your child’s appointment, please let us know.
